- Monitor the quality of network work delivered by service partners, helping to protect asset integrity, operational performance and customer service outcomes.
- Record, maintain and report audit findings accurately within company systems, ensuring clear evidence trails and timely issue resolution.
- Analyse inspection data and performance trends to identify recurring issues, root causes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with service partners, operational teams and key stakeholders to investigate concerns and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide assurance oversight of remedial works, verifying that corrective measures have been completed to the required standard and appropriately documented.
- Support the continuous improvement of partner performance by sharing insights, recommendations and lessons learned to drive quality, efficiency and compliance.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with service partners while providing objective and independent assurance that protects Yorkshire Water from quality, operational and commercial risk.
