Location: This role will initially be based in Foxbridge Logistics Centre in Normanton but we’re moving our Logistics Centre to Leeds Valley Park in winter 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future - Hybrid Working (2-3 days office a week – Bradford/Leeds)

As our Contracted Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering contracted maintenance across Yorkshire Water's operational assets. From water treatment works and pumping stations to wastewater facilities and network infrastructure, you'll help ensure our assets remain safe, compliant, reliable and efficient.
Working closely with operational teams, engineering specialists, procurement colleagues and supply chain partners, you'll develop maintenance strategies that support long-term asset health, regulatory compliance and value for customers. You'll play a key role in making sure the right contractors, frameworks and processes are in place to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across our water and wastewater operations.
