Where I’d work: Bradford with a hybrid, home working arrangement
Work type: Permanent role, working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.

Where you fit in?
This role sits within the Water Service Delivery function and plays a key role in regulating the drinking water quality in Yorkshire on matters relating to the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999, hereinafter referred to as the Water Regulations.
You will co-ordinate resources to ensure Yorkshire Water carries out its legal duties to enforce the Water Regulations. This involves planning, scheduling, customer case management, and the timely and effective communication to all stakeholders involved.
You will need excellent communication and customer service skills as the aim is to make sure the customers who we visit are fully informed and satisfied with the outcome. This often involves managing customers whose cases have no easy resolutions or are complicated and costly. You will act as the prime point of contact for all requests relating to the Water Regulations and will be required to communicate and liaise regularly with customers, Water Regulations Inspectors and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient coordination of our inspection programmes. You will take ownership of customer cases to ensure remedial works are completed, managing resources to plan follow-up inspections or enforcement actions as appropriate, and will prioritise workloads to deliver timely, compliant, and cost-effective solutions through negotiation with customers.
You will deliver a professional and high-quality service to all customers, while maximising the resources within the team to deliver the inspection programme.
