Location: Bradford BD6 - Midway / Hybrid Working (home and office working) and a requirement to travel across the Yorkshire region.
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

In Wastewater, we recognise that having clear, repeatable and easy to follow processes and procedures is a critical part of delivering high performance and compliance. We want to further develop our existing Integrated Management System (IMS) ensuring it is fully embedding and used as an essential part of the tool-kit every day across wastewater operational activities.
Where you fit in!
The Wastewater IMS Lead will work with key stakeholders from around wastewater and the business to develop the existing IMS to be robust, sustainable and easy to use, whilst driving colleague engagement with the system and embedding assurance activities to check that compliance with the content is being followed.
As our Wastewater IMS Lead you will:
- Work alongside SMEs to document and update best practice working procedures for application across the department
- Work with the Central Compliance and Assurance Team and wastewater colleagues to establish the most effective structure for the wastewater IMS to maximise useability
- Establish the RACI of ownership for procedures to ensure content is updated and sustained
- Work with wastewater colleagues to establish and deliver second line assurance activities for adherence to processes and procedures
- Drive engagement with the IMS across Wastewater colleagues, thinking of innovative and different ways to increase the use and interaction with the system
- Play a key part in delivering the wastewaters Material Controls obligations
What skills & qualifications you will need:
• Experience working with Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
• Documenting procedures, process mapping and improvement
• Experience working in the wastewater industry, manufacturing or regulated industry
• Adept in effective communication, particularly written
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative working
• Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Full UK drivers licence (No more than 6 points) and access to a vehicle
