Salary & Benefits: Starting salary £23,000.00 per annum dependent on experience. Benefits include pension, performance related bonus and 25 days annual leave.

 

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join Three Sixty Water, a Water Retailing Services business.

 

 

This is a temporary opportunity for 12 months, working full time, based in Bradford.

 

 

What will the role involve?

 

 

This is a key role, providing support to all areas of the business including, finance, operations, marketing & regulatory teams, in the creation and roll out of management information.
 

 

You will gather, understand and document detailed business requirements for management information using appropriate tools and techniques. You will create visualisations of data through the production of data dashboards / scorecards for both internal and external audiences. You will keep track of key performance indicators and develop and maintain document procedures and workflows. You will also develop and maintain reporting processes, along with identifying areas to improve efficiency and automation. 
 

 

What key skills are required?


The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and be comfortable managing a varied workload, able to meet targets and deadlines. You will be a confident communicator, able to influence a range of different individuals.
 

 

You will have excellent attention to detail and ensure accuracy of information. You will be aware of data protection and GDPR.
 

 

You will demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills and have strong skills in the Microsoft tool set particularly Advanced Excel skills. You will be able to produce clear graphical representations of data visualisations. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytical platforms –SQL/ Power BI / Jaspersoft / SSRS, although full training will be provided.

The customer base has recently been sold to Business Stream and the operation is now delivering the service to customers on their behalf for an 18 month period from 1st October 2019.
