We offer a salary from £43,000 - £53,754 per annum dependant on experience
Location: This role will initially be based in Bradford but we’re moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future.
Work type: This is a permanent position. Full time, working 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Logistics Lead to join the Emergency Preparedness & Resilience Team within Central Control at Yorkshire Water.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Logistics Lead to join the Emergency Preparedness & Resilience Team within Central Control at Yorkshire Water. This team works to ensure that our customers and external stakeholders receive a resilient 24/7 service and have plans in place to respond quickly when things don’t go to plan. This includes understanding our full diversity of customer needs, leading and utilising efficient logistics management to plan and dispatch contingencies in support of our operational response to incidents and engaging with stakeholders to identify and implement areas for improvement. Where you fit in: As our Operational Logistics Lead you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective logistic management including the response to unforeseen events affecting water supply and distribution.
• Represent the company at both a regional and national level and identify & implement best practice by assessing the industry and identifying new ways of operating and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory commitments. • Previous experience in logistics management and relevant skills and qualifications
