Organisational Effectiveness Lead 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for two Organisational Effectiveness/ Development professionals to join the People Team at Yorkshire Water on a fixed term basis.  Could this be you?

Location: Bradford/ Hybrid Working (typically 2 x days onsite in Bradford per week)

 

Work type:  24 month fixed term contract, working 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

The Organisational Effectiveness team are leading a programme of organisational design & development initiatives and as part of this we are looking for two Organisational Effectiveness Leads. You will take accountability for the development of an up-to-date jobs architecture and a whole business skills and capabilities framework.

 

To excel in this role, we are looking for people who have:
 

•    A background in organisational effectiveness or development
•    Previous experience of designing and delivering either role architecture, or skills and capability frameworks 
•    Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills 
•    Excellent communication skills and an ability to break down complex concepts to engage different audience groups 
•    The ability to confidently lead projects end-to-end
•    A drive to collaborate and co-create with a wide range of colleagues 
•    A strength in reasoned and logical decision making approaches
•    Experience of applying systems thinking in project settings
•    Big of picture thinking, which an ability to translate long-term outcomes into near-term deliverables
•    Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once 
•    Previous experience in delivering HR led transformation projects would be advantageous
•    Able to facilitate challenging conversations
