Location: West Yorkshire / Hybrid Working (1-2 days in the office a week – Bradford – Relocating to Leeds Summer 2026)

 


Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

 


As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering one of Yorkshire Water’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects within a £2.5Bn programme that will transform water resilience across Yorkshire. As our Project Manager you will:

 

  • Lead a £25m development budget over the next 5 years
  • Drive projects from feasibility through to delivery
  • Engage with regulators (Ofwat, RAPID) to secure key approvals
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and strategic partners
  • Represent Yorkshire Water in joint Strategic Resource Option projects with other water companies
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the DPC programme

What skills & qualifications you will need:

 

  • Proven experience managing major capital projects with regulatory complexity
  • Knowledge of UK water sector or similar regulated industries
  • Professional certifications (APM, PRINCE2)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
