Incident Analyst / Problem Analyst / Change Analyst x 2

 

Salary: £30,130 to £37,663 + pension + 25 days holiday
 
Location: Working from home during Covid & thereafter flexible/hybrid working arrangements including our Bradford/Leeds offices

 

Purpose of the role:


As part of Service Management and Run, the Incident, Problem and Change Analysts are typically responsible for the co-ordination and governance of the relevant processes, including the analysis, quality, and management of requests.   


Each Analyst will take primary ownership in one of the areas but will be expected to fully cover the other areas when the workload or holiday require. 
We are seeking individuals who can oversea the processes, but who can also contribute towards consistently looking to review and evolve our current ways of working.   

 

What will the role involve: 

 

•    Effectively manage the end-to-end process lifecycle and identify and document continual improvements. 


•    Support the definition of the processes and implementation of these within the Service Management Tool. 


•    Identification and allocation of relevant approvals, actions, reviewers, and investigators. 


•    Acts as the day to day support for the process, in ensuring that we enable our teams to drive through the processes with the minimal amount of inconvenience. 


•    Support development of a process of continual service improvement, support the organisation and participate in internal & customer end-to-end reviews. 


•    Support the Service Improvement in and aim to be ITIL 4 compliant and ISO20000 accredited service. 

 

What skills are we looking for:


•    Experience working in a Service Management environment or similar, with knowledge of ITIL processes, where you have performed Incident and Problem analysis.


•    Experience of leading and embedding processes, able to influence and drive the right culture and behaviours within an IT environment. 


•    Detailed knowledge and experience of delivering and driving a high-quality Customer Service experience. 


•    Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities 


•    Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills 

 

Desirable:


•    Qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation.
