Location: Bradford, hybrid working (1-2 office days / week), leadership-level visibility, and impact on essential regional services.
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Your Mission:
Lead a £2.5Bn programme of complex, high-impact infrastructure projects that will transform water resilience across Yorkshire. You'll be at the heart of regulatory delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and drive a £100m development budget over 5 years
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams from feasibility to delivery
- Engage with Ofwat, RAPID, and other regulators on key submissions (PR29, WRMP, WINEP)
- Shape governance, risk, and assurance frameworks
- Represent Yorkshire Water in joint SRO projects with partner companies
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the DPC programme
- Align stakeholders across regulatory, commercial, technical, and environmental domains
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership in UK water-sector programmes with regulatory complexity
- Experience with Ofwat or similar regulatory bodies
- Professional certifications (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track record in major capital programmes across the asset lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
