Location:  Bradford / Hybrid Working 

 

 

Work type: Permanent role, working full time between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday – Friday. 

 

 

We have a number of exciting opportunities for  Compliance Co-ordinator's to join the Customer Experience function at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers

Where you fit in:

 

You will provide assurance of level one compliance and process adherence across all areas of Customer Service Operations, in line with Our Strategic Ambition - “A thriving Yorkshire. Right for customers. Right for the environment.”, Behaviours & Customer Promise.

 

You will build and support a culture of 100% compliant, 100% of the time. 

 

You will be responsible for developing a compliance framework and working with key stakeholders to maintain accountability and ensure there are up-to-date processes, and adherence to these. 

 

 

You’ll be working as part of the complaints and compliance area but will support quality assurance across the wider Service Operations teams and will provide data and insight to drive process improvement and feedback.

 

 

You’ll be responsible for carrying out large volumes of compliance audits against key areas of risk and regulation across Service Operations and work alongside key stakeholders to ensure we are compliant in our process E2E for the customer. 

 

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

 

•    Excellent IT skills as you will be using a wide range of company IT systems in the role and a good level of Excel Knowledge – Pivot Tables and Basic Formulas. 
•    Enthusiastic in delivering excellent Customer Experiences
•    Able to work on own initiative and use problem solving skills.
•    Good networking and influencing skills with an ability to challenge and negotiate.
•    Demonstrates a can-do attitude and a solution focused approach.
•    Good process/compliance understanding
•    Excellent Tailored communication skills – both written and verbal.
•    Comfortable working in a performance driven environment - 1:1 coaching, and feedback will be provided to support ability to improve own performance
•    Adaptable to change and being flexible to different options/ways of working
