Where I’d work:  This role will initially be based in Bradford but we’re moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future, with a hybrid working arrangement in place, a mix of office and home working. 

 

Work type:  This is a fixed term role for 18 x months. You will be working full time. You will be expected to work 37 hours per week within a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Where you fit in:

 

You will play a key role in the Brand & Marketing team, supporting and helping deliver some key projects internally and externally. These could be associated with organisational /customer behaviour change, awareness campaigns and other marketing activity. 

 

Some key responsibilities include the following - 

 

•    You will support the Brand and Marketing Team with research, working with agencies and managing campaign activity such as approving artwork, co-ordinating meetings and reviews.
•    You will provide print support on Brand and Marketing collateral, obtaining print costs and liaising with agency and printers.
•    Support with audience insight and campaign reporting and measurement
•    Organise external customer engagement events in line with campaign strategies and brand objectives.

 

What skills & qualifications you will need:

 

•    Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships

•    Excellent organisational skills 

•    Good IT skills, able to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word and implement branding within these programmes

•    Excellent communication skills with confidence to liaise with colleagues at different levels in different areas of the business

•    Ability to take decisions on prioritising workload, able to use your own initiative

•    Positive and enthusiastic about brand and marketing, eager to learn new skills

•    Confident in sharing creative ideas and new ways of doing things to make sure we’re improving

•    Understands the important role the Brand and Marketing team play within the company and the relevance to customers and stakeholders

•    Keen eye for detail particularly when approving artwork and copy for marketing materials

•    Able to work independently but also support and contribute to the team 

 

 

It would be beneficial if you had the following – 

 

•    Previous experience of working with external agencies including print and design agencies or of working in an in-house communication/marketing role. 

•    Knowledge of marketing, brand management and multi-channel communications

•    Previous experience of audience insight and channel evaluation

•    Experience in designing branded templates and other collateral, following brand guidelines
