Salary & Benefits: Salary range £34,977 - £43,721 per annum dependent on experience. Benefits include company pension, 25 days annual leave and guaranteed one-off pro-rata’d bonus for the remaining financial year

 

This is a temporary 12 x months opportunity, working full time 37 hours per week between a working window of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

 

The role is based at Bradford, currently home-working at present

 

What will the role involve? 
 

Developer Services works with commercial developers and customers to ensure any new developments have the correct water and wastewater plans in place. You will play a key role in managing change projects across the Developer Services function. You will work closely with our Business Teams to initiate, plan and execute change projects effectively, driving internal customer deliverables and successful project handovers.


You will ensure project plans are created, maintained and deliverables tracked against time cost, quality standards and resource utilisation. You will monitor and report on progress of assigned projects and co-ordinate project activities to meet quality objectives. You will manage project risks, issues, change control and communicate any impacts to the wider management group, providing focused attention to issues and avoiding any escalations.


You will be responsible for providing regular management information to the management team and producing project summary’s and monthly portfolio reports for review.
 

What skills are we looking for? 


The successful candidate will have previous PMO/Project Management experience, you will have worked on business change projects and have the ability to manage complex projects.  You will also have a clear understanding of project budgeting and baselining. You will understand various project management frameworks and methodologies and have previous experience in change management & business transformation. Ideally, you will hold a project management qualification, eg- Prince 2 or Agile. 
 

You will have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills and be confident in working with a diverse set of stakeholders to agree solutions that meet a range of business demands. You will be delivering workshops and other change management techniques, readily adopting new ways of working and technology innovation. Therefore, you will be able to work on your own initiative, manage a varied workload and meet challenging timescales. Commitment and flexibility is key, along with strong IT skills as you will be using a range of Company IT systems and you will have previous experience in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and Office 365. Previous experience on working with remote teams would be beneficial for the role.
