We have an exciting opportunity at Loop to join our Team as a Project Manager, you will have experience of managing projects from initiation to go live.

Starting salary of £35, 275 - with a clear progression path which can eventually earn you a salary of £43,909 + attractive pension +annual performance related bonus + 25 days annual leave plus 1 Wellness Day 

This is a permanent position, working full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm. (Part time hours will be considered)

Location: Bradford, Thornbury. Hybrid working is available (typically 2 days in the office per week)

Where you fit in:

The aim of the Project Manager is to deliver People Projects within Loop, working with key stakeholders within Loop and the wider business, Yorkshire Water to ensure appropriate levels of governance are achieved, change lands well, is embedded effectively and reviewed on an ongoing basis. This role is pivotal in delivering successful people projects within Loop.

The Project Manager role will lead on a range of projects, varying in size and complexity, some of which may sit under a wider People Programme. The projects could cover any aspect of our Development Framework (employee lifecycle), colleague wellbeing or our great place to work initiatives. It will include our internal and external colleague surveys and people accreditations such as Investors in People and the ability to analyse and articulate data.

You will take the lead on successful project delivery, and will manage suitable resources, and a variety of stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and potentially consultants working collaboratively to deliver People change.

You will ensure that projects are delivered to scope, time, cost / budget and quality and that project risks are managed in line with business targets - whilst at all times ensuring health and safety, regulatory and statutory compliance is achieved.

You will work to the agreed business quality assurance standards and facilitate effective project audit reviews.
What key skills are we looking for:

Essential:

•    You will have experience of managing projects from initiation to go live.
•    You will have experience of leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams through the project life cycle, and experience of managing large workloads of multiple projects concurrently.
•    You will be working a variety of initiatives so the ability to prioritise and be confident in making effective business decisions is key.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will lead on engagement with key project stakeholders and ownership of wider communications.
•    Able to show flexibility and aptitude to identify and resolve issues within short timescales and escalate when required.
•    Ability to build, maintain and influence a variety of stakeholders within Loop and the wider business and with external contractors. 
•    Able to work on own initiative and self-manage.
•    An effective time manager with excellent organisation skills.
•    Confident in delivering presentations and facilitating workshops.
•    A team player who supports colleagues to achieve the best outcome and values the input of colleagues.
•    Diligent with strong attention to detail
•    Ability to leverage data and insights to drive improved and proactive decision making; identify trends and areas for improvement.
•    Be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desirable: 

•    Preferable to have knowledge of employment law changes and either a CIPD qualification or be willing to work towards it.
•    Experience in delivering projects in a contact centre environment. 
•    Preferable to have experience or knowledge of working agile and waterfall and hold a relevant certification.
