What will the Role Involve?

 

In this role, you will be expected to accurately deliver an efficient HR Administrative and Payroll Service to the business. You will act as the point of escalation for all complex activities performed by the Hr Admin Team and will deputise and support People Services Team Leader when required.
 

As our HR Coordinator, you will monitor the compliance and consistency of all business processes with the HR Admin team, whilst acting as first line support for HR, giving advice to managers and colleagues on HR policies and procedures, referring complex queries to HR centres of excellence.
 

You’ll be responsible for issuing offer letters, preparing employment contracts and all relevant new starter paperwork and changes to terms and conditions. You’ll also be required to manage and update the SAP S4 Hana module to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date for new starters, leavers and following any employment changes e.g. role/hours changes, hours changes, change of location/standby, removal of allowances.


You’ll be responsible for the processing of leavers including calculation of additions/deductions of salary and undertake any training as necessary in line with the development of the role and agreed with the People Services Team Leader.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate team building skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Samanage knowledge
