Customer Relationship Manager – Loop - £20,352 starting salary, progressing to £24,987 (subject to performance) plus quarterly performance related bonus and 25 days annual leave.


Total working hours are 37.5 per week full time and we can offer a multitude of different working shift patterns between the hours of 11:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays 09:00-15:00. Loop is a fast-paced contact centre based in Thornbury, Bradford (on the Pudsey border).  You may not have heard of us before but we’re the people behind our sister company, Yorkshire Water, helping them to deliver excellent customer service.


What will the role involve?


As a Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for answering the incoming telephone calls from customers across the Yorkshire region. 

The service we deliver to the customer has a strong focus on providing a professional, high quality of service. This is driven by targets with emphasis on dealing with customer enquiries quickly and accurately and ensuring we provide a service tailored to the customer. It's a fast moving and challenging environment and the level of service we provide is governed by our regulator OFWAT.

You will use your skills in influencing and negotiation to agree realistic payment plans. Identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water. Reviewing the customer collection process by manual monitoring accounts. 


What skills are we looking for?

We’re looking for individuals who are great communicators with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Calls are varied  so you’ll need excellent listening skills to understand customer queries to enable a right first time resolution
Numeracy, IT skills  and a good standard of spelling and grammar
You will be someone that’s passionate about delivering a great customer service and exceeding customer expectations and have experience of dealing with customers face to face or over the telephone

Please note this is an office based role and if you are successful in securing the role, you will need to be available for a full 5 week and 3 day induction training programme, Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Due to the current restrictions training will be held remotely so working from home for the first 4-week period will be a requirement for this role.
