Loop is a fast-paced multi-channel contact centre based in Thornbury, Bradford, on the border with Leeds (near Pudsey). 

 

Loop are currently working towards a hybrid approach to working.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to come and join our friendly and enthusiastic team in the Billing Contact Centre on a part time basis. The hours we can offer are 25-30 per week. The roles are mainly phone based and customer facing, and we offer a starting salary of £12,487/£14,984. We have a fantastic progression plan in place so you could earn up to £15,577/£18,692!

 

We have a great holiday guarantee scheme which ensures you can book the holidays you want when you want them!

What is the job role?

 

Our teams support our customers with a variety of queries from Yorkshire Water’s customers, answering questions and queries about their accounts. These can vary from taking simple bill payments, dealing with changes of address, to responding to more complex calls explaining how bills are calculated. So, no two days are the same!  

 

We expect our teams to own every interaction they have with our customers, ensuring they can always rely on us to deliver the outcome right first time.

 

Will the role be right for me?

 

We’re sure it will be!!  Don’t worry if you’re new to contact centre work. We’re always learning too, and we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent induction programme and ongoing training and support, so you’ll be fully equipped with everything you need to know right from day one.

So, are you who we are looking for?

 

  • We’re looking for individuals who are people focused and great communicators
  • Calls are varied so you’ll need excellent listening skills to understand customer queries Numeracy, IT skills and a good standard of spelling and grammar are essential

 

You’ll be someone that’s passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and have experience of dealing with customers. The next start dates we are recruiting for are the 5th and 12th January 2022.

 

You will need to be available for a full 5 week and 3-day induction training programme, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any days off during this time. The hours of training will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm and will be a mixture of home and office working. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
